Ann KincannonOwner/CEO

As Owner and CEO, Ann started The Rainier Financial Group, LLC with the purpose of helping people create more than they can consume and preserve it for future generations. Financial planning and wealth management have been Ann’s passion during her 25(+) year career. Ann works with families and business owners to help reduce investment risk through better coordination of personal and business assets presenting a realistic approach to wealth accumulation by enhancing retirement security and improving family wealth transfers. She has dedicated her professional life to providing clients with direction and clarity needed to identify and pursue their best financial opportunities.

Throughout her professional career, Ann has been a supportive member in the industry with memberships in NAIFA, The Million Dollar Round Table, the Nautilus Group ®; a prestigious national resource center delivering in-depth strategic support in areas of law, tax, finance, and insurance.

Ann also has a passion for philanthropy. She has served as a board member for The Foundation for the Homeless, city of Austin, where she is also is a contributor through charitable giving. Part of Ann’s practice is working with non-profit organizations and donors through philanthropic planning.


Sharon FerrisChief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer for the Rainier Financial Group, LLC, Sharon is responsible for processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and processing payroll and payroll taxes. Sharon worked 24 years in the Finance Department for BP Chemicals. After retiring, she came to work for The Rainier Financial Group, LLC and has been with them for eight years


Taylor TuckerAssociated Professional

Taylor Tucker has been with The Rainier Financial Group since 2014. He graduated from Texas State University with a BBA in Finance. Taylor is a Registered Representative offering securities through New York Life Securities LLC. He holds a FINRA, Series 7 and 63 licenses.


Lauren DavisOffice Manager

Lauren Davis, originally from Lake Jackson and now residing in Austin, has been committed to serving her community since her days of volunteer work while attending high school. After attending college on a softball scholarship, Lauren came to work as the office secretary for The Rainier Financial Group's Lake Jackson office. She has since attained her General Lines Agent License and has relocated to our Austin location. Whether it's in her role as a working mother, a team member, a volunteer, or an Office Manager, Lauren's passion for helping others shines through in everything she does.


Kathryn Watson

Kathryn has specialized in employee and individual benefits for the past 26 years. She works with individuals and business owners to find the most competitive benefits such as life, health, disability, dental, vision, and long term care. She helps in the set-up of 401(k)s, Simple IRAs, and payroll deductible Roth/Regular IRAs. Her goal is to help the business owner retain, reward, and retire employees with layered benefits. Key Man, Buy-Sell Funding, and Executive Bonus plans are a vital part of the benefits for the business owner and management team, and Kathryn can help with the set up and implementation of your overall benefits plan.
